Payment Process & Information

At Strivo, we ensure a smooth and transparent payment process for all Executive Partners. Below, you'll find key details regarding how and when you will be paid, as well as important requirements to ensure timely processing.

Payment Information and Schedule
  • You will be paid a total of $650 allowance during the 6-week training period.
  • Payments are processed on a bi-weekly basis.
  • You will receive a payment confirmation email once the payment has been processed.

We use Ramp for all payments for your Training and Waiting Allowances. We will send you an invitation to your personal email account to set up your payment details inside Ramp.

  • Complete your payment details via Ramp.
  • Make sure to enter the correct and complete details for seamless fund transfer.
  • If you need to update your payment details, notify Aileen via Slack at least 10 days before the next payout.
  • Since you are an independent contractor, you will be responsible for managing your own taxes and government mandated contributions.
If you experience a delay in receiving your payment:
  • Allow 3-5 business days for processing before reaching out.
  • Double-check your payment details for accuracy.
